WINDOW
 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Purpose: Open a full screen 'plain' window, ie., using SETCOLOR(),
         no frame, titles etc. This is useful to start an
         application if you want to return to the DOS screen on
         exit.

Parameters: NONE

Example: WINDOW
